Special Apraxia Monday Update: Silent Stars Raffle

I’d just like to bring to your attention the 2nd annual bowl-a-thon for CAS to be held this Sunday May 1, 2011.  It is sponsored by a local non-profit organization, Silent Stars.  From the President/founder’s email,

“Purchasing raffle tickets is a wonderful way to help provide an Assistive Augmentative Device for a child who cannot afford one.  These devices  provide the child with a communication resource that allows them to select symbols, pictures, letters, words or phrases to generate oral communication. It can actually develop the ability to use natural speech through using a device.  All donations are tax deductible.”

You may purchase raffle tickets online.  We will contact you so that we can place your tickets exactly where you want them to go.  There are some wonderful local prizes (Check out the Cubs and Bears tickets-amazing seats!)
