Apraxia Monday: Will Walk for Words

By Leslie Lindsay The day was sunny and brisk.  Parents, children, coffee andclowns filled the pavilion.  Yep.  I am talking about the 3rd annual CASANA Chicagoland Walk for Apraxia.  If you have never been to a walk to support a cause, this is a good one to wet your feet, so to speak. Here’s what else I am thinking….the walk should be a ton of fun, a whole day event filled with games, food, kids, goody bags, prizes, vendors, and balloons.  (It’s always a celebration when balloons and food are part of the picture, right?!).  So, I am taking my family and our voices to Ty Warner …
