Cute & Simple: Something with Nothing

I’d like to think that art is free.  I’d like to think that it doesn’t–or shouldn’t–cost a dime to use one’s imagination in order to create something meaningful.  And yes, you can do a lot with nothing.  Scraps, old pieces of a “whole,” and nature can provide endless opportunities for art.

If I was really on top of things today, I would show you something we made from nothing.  Okay, I can do that–kind of.  I can also show you a quick and dirty craft Kate did with markers and a $1 wood cut-out from Michaels.  You don’t have to be particularly crafty to create these items.  Just get yourself “out there” and see what you can do…with nothing.
